Q1: Why does my laptop monitor extender show “No Signal”?

“No Signal” is usually caused by an incorrect connection. Use 2 USB-C cables for laptops with 2 full-featured USB-C ports, or 1 USB-C + 1 HDMI cable for laptops with 1 USB-C and 1 HDMI port. External power (5V/3A+) is recommended.

Q2: Why does my MacBook Air M1/M2/M3 only support one extended screen?

MacBook Air M1/M2/M3 models natively support only one external display. To use two extended screens, a docking station or HUB with DisplayLink support is required. Please install the DisplayLink driver before connecting both monitors.

Q3: Why does the screen flicker or randomly turn black?

Screen flickering or blackouts are usually caused by insufficient power. Please connect an extra USB-A to USB-C power cable or use an external power adapter (5V/3A+) for stable performance.

Q4: How do I know if my USB-C port supports video output?

Your USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3/4 for video output. USB-C ports for charging or data transfer only will not support display. Please check your laptop specifications if you're unsure.
