Why do the balloons I received look different in color from their description?

It's normal for balloons to have color differences before and after inflation. You can try inflating balloons of every size and you will get the color you want.

How long can I expect them to stay inflated?

If you tie up the balloons tightly, they can last for more than one week. For best floating results, you can inflate the balloon 1-2 hours before the event. And please do not overfill or rub against overheated objects to avoid popping.

How to make the balloon garland?

The following figure shows the instructions. Our product comes with ribbons, which can be used to secure the balloons together. If you choose to use balloon strip, you will need to purchase them separately.

What should I do if I receive balloon with holes or if the balloon bursts after inflation?
